--For the Common Cold or even for COVID-19, if you have a sore throat, use a supplement containing zinc oxide as a "lozenge".

--For Pilonidal Cyst, take approximately 10-25mg of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) per day.

--For Plantar Warts On Feet, apply a  medicated patch or coating containing salicylic acid for perhaps a couple weeks, then go to the beach on a moderately warm/sunny day and walk barefoot on the hot sand.

--Sciatica seems to be primarily caused by wearing a belt too tight around the waste.  Recommend loose fitting pants with 100% elastic waste.

--For back pain, the best type of mattress is a 100% foam mattress!  If you ask the people in the mattress store, they will probably tell you that, unless they only sell spring mattresses.

--Turmeric with fresh black pepper, taken every day for at least 2 months, can fully relieve lower back pain.  Recommend 1.5 grams of turmeric and 200mg of freshly ground black pepper per day.  Best to not take for longer than 6 months at a time, as you may start to get headaches.
